My internet has been performing worst since 11.10.2017. Huge amounts of ping loss and download speed is not more than 157kbps approx which i am supposed to get more than 1.5 mpbs which i am not getting. I complained the local operator and no action has been taken i also complained the complain helpline alliance : they r always saying it will be done tomorrow. I am paying money here for nothing i see. Please help me. My client id:[protected].
