Alliance — Worst possible customer service | |||||
I had an internet connection breakdown at around 12 am midnight. I registered a complaint with alliance broadband..They provided me a complaint number-15363. The next day afternoon(after 12 pm) i tried calling their customer service helpdesk asking for updates.They refused to provide an ETA for resolving the issue and disconnected the call. It is not the first time that I am facing such an issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
