Hi team,
The last payment made through online for customer id [protected] with package 354 rs which selects automatically. After that we have come to know the customer id is not active for a broadband connection.
Now the question is when a customer is not active how a recharge is accepting for that customer.
I want my money back if this customer id is not active.

There is no internet connection to my router. Internet connection is down. Call log has done with Alliance and no response even after multiple followups.
