I had bought a metro package on alpfly.com by paying rs. 26999, but did not receive any tickets as per the package details, hence as per the t&cs of the website, i asked for a refund of my package within 30 days. The company acknowledged and said they are processing my refund. But it has been 4 months i have not received my money back. Please help me get my hard earned money back.
