As per the package provided by m/s alp fly, i had deposited rs 45, 999/- on 02.11.2017 for p-two plan package. Under this package i request for flight to and fro ticket booking from bhubaneswar to jaipur on 23.12.2017 & 29.12.2017. On 21.12.2017 alp fly through a mail informed that they are unable to book my tickets and asked me to give my bank details for refund on entire money. Though i have submitted my bank details, m/s alp fly is yet to refund the amount despite of several mail correspondences. Was this information helpful? |
