I have availed star plan of 10 flight tickets at 21999 & membership number is 55664 and from past 3 month i request the services for 6 tickets and they denied for providing services and the amount will be refunded. However still day after 9 reminders, no response from them and total amount due is rs 13194. Please sort out this refund issue and no one is picking the customer number also.
