Amaron Batteries — Refusal to change car battery under warranty period

I had bought a battery for my car swift (petrol) on 8/12/2013 from Chaddha Batteries, Paschim Vihar New Delhi. Battery no is AAB 0240N31234 MOdel No AAM FL 00042B20 R, on 20 the Nov I found my bateery was not working and car did not start, subsequently I called car machanic who told me that my car bateery is not working. The company man came and told me its over charged whereas I got my car checked and it is not overcharging at all.
