Dear Sir, I am M.Sudhakararao, I have purchased Amaron home UPS Battery on[protected] at Sreegopal Agencies, Kakinada. Condition is Battery is not working now. Battery Type -“CR150AH”, Battery No: ACH0427M113022 Unfortunately, at the time of house shifting, we are loose our battery Warranty Card, but I have attached delivery challan from Amaron PITSTOP Kakinada. We have talk with Sreegopal agencies they have said without warranty card we cannot able to service. So please understand our problem our battery is within the warranty period.
