Sir i have an amaron battery which is under warranty and not charging i have visited service centre they said it is manufacturing fault we will replace it. But now they said do what u can using abusive langauage your rajasthan area manager shakti singh even.Threaten me saying he.Will not do.Anything go anywhere you want. I have called about hundred times. He said it is under warranty we cant do anything you have to purchase other battery by paying 80% Why will i purchase when my product is in warranty If i have to purchase i will go to other company which have better service And the customer care saying we will not take complain regarding this Same mail given To you also but problem not solved nor my battery returned niether repair Was this information helpful? | |||

Amaron — INVERTER DEFECTIVE.
OUTPUT VOLTAGE NOT COMING FROM THE 5PIN AT THE LOADSHADING CONDITION. BUT ALL LEDs OF THE FRONT O[censored]PS SHOWING WITH GLOW.Amaron — Poor response from customer service
