Amazon.in — Wrong product received | |||||
Hi team, I have placed order #[protected] via amazon for product "fintie samsung galaxy tab e 9.6 keyboard case - slim fit pu leather stand cover with premium quality [all-abs hard material] removable wireless [long life battery] bluetooth keyboard, black" And i received only case cover. When i contacted amazon they informed me that it is seller fulfill order they cannot do anything and when i am contacting seller they are saying it is amazon policy that they cannot send replacement. Now i am quite frustrated and disappointed with this kind of service from amazon. I think it is the right of all the customer that they will receive the correct product what they have ordered.
