Amazon India — Amazon.In sent another model which i was not ordered instead of my ordered model | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam I was ordered for Micromax 40B5000FHD 102 cm (40 inches) Full HD LED TV (Black).But they sent Model No.40C3420FHD.they sent Invoice copy for what i was ordered.I think they are wantedly sent the another product to me.When i was called the customer support they told me that your pincode is not eligible to pickup the product by Amazon.so you have return the product to the seller.we will pay 100.0 rs.the courrier charges from hyderabad to Noida more than the 500.0 Rs.And also for thier mistake how i can spare my busy schedule.
