Returned item to Amazon. UPS picked up the item from my home on[protected] ups reference number 1: DCZj2QpBRRMA, tracking number 1Z[protected] UPS ground. Amazon processed a refund in t h e amount of $26.92 according to a e-mail I received from them on August 29, 2013. Amazon then recharged my credit card on October 3, 2013 in the amount of $26.92 with a e-mail stating they had not received my returned item....

After 2 days got another email stating order cancelled by their reseller.

When I questioned their action they doesn't have proper answer.

I made an order for a Demdaco willow tree figurine from Amazon .com.It was shipped to India via USPS with tracking ID LJ[protected]US. The status says it left US on 30th Jan 2013 and since then it is lying with Indian Customs.The item was shipped to Pune and was supposed to be delivered by 21st February.So I am expecting It must be stuck Mumbai Customs for clearance.

I bought a book from Amazon for my Kindle on Nov 7 of this year.
