Amazon India — Cashback fraud By Amazon | |||||
I have bought an led tv on 17th oct 16 with order no:[protected] &[protected] via citi bank credit card and was eligible for an cashback of rs.2000/- which was to be credited back to credit card account on or before 20th jan 2017 and i am yet to receive the cash back. I tried contacting customer care for 13 times and i am yet to receive the cash back. There is no response or update from the customer care team Was this information helpful? | |||||
