Amazon India — Did not received my order and did not inform me | |||||
Dear Sir, I booked a order via Amazon. in on 3 May, 2016. Now today i did not get my order in between time period my order is returned to seller without any information. I booked a baby product and it is very needy to me. But Amazon.in is very careless about this. After placing a order i called so many time for product . They always told me you will received you order on time. Amazon's service is mentally and financial harass me. I want compensation for the same. Kindly help me. I will provide a conversation for the same and order copy. The conversation is below:- Me: hello Where is my order? Your assured me that your product will be deliver by today. Amazon: Sir as I can see its showing it can be refund now should I request refund Sir let me explain the process to you 'I don't want to make a false promise that will lead to make you and me upset in the end I wish I could do it for you to make you happy However, it is not possible to resend the order again as it was returning to seller, I hope you will understand the situation and my limitations in this regards. Actually once item shows returning to seller all the internal tools get blocked to get in touch with them also number is not shared with us Me: Is it the way to provide the service to your customer? I am going to log a complain in consumer court against you. Also i am highlighting this issue in Social media networking site and Media also.
