Amazon India — refund not received since 30th jan 2018 | |||||
I purchased two items worth ₹349 &₹369 for my car as accesories, but they were found unsuitable So i returned them on 25th jan 2018 and the amazon representative picked the same from my place. I have also mentioned the complete details regarding refund process but my money is not refunded till date i. E 06.02.18. Pl do the needful in resolving the issue. My amazon registered mobile no. Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 29, 2018 Alent's response I have ordered a bluetooth ear phone against ordeer no:#[protected] and it has been delivered today[protected], But its charging pot is not working, please kindly do the nnedful to get the good one .I am a regular customer but this is the first time i am getting a product like this.
