Amazon India — refund of cancelled order dated 15/7/2018

Due to the product complaint I had cancelled the order mentioned above on 15th July-2018 and till now nobody from Amazon India had collected the mobile from me or not taken any action by them to refund my amount.

I do not shop amazon and I did not give permission for these charges. I am contacting my visa company I refuse to pay these fees. I expect a refund.

This guy has really bad behaviour and attitude, no sense of the way he talks, very very rude ...this is the first time it is happening ...if these kind of person will be there I would say Amazon u will loose your customer.
