Amazon India — wrong product delivered twice time | |||||
Hi, am order one pair black leather shoes and one pair sleepers from amazon. 1st time shoes deliver to me on expected date but when i unpacked unit i found they delivered me wrong product so am raised a replacement request today also i received wrong product so am raised a request for refund. Because who know 3rd time what they will deliver me again and now am also wants to refund of my sleeper those am order on same time which was still not delivered. Kindly take up this with concern and help to get refund from the amazon. Recently in amazon offer I oredered one plus 6 smartphone worth rs.34999 for rs.29999 and sbi card discount 2000 and amazon cashback 1000. I got offer value worth rs.26999.
