Complaints regarded fake commitment fake promises. I placed a order on 20th jun 16 one plus mobile back cover, the estimated time was showing 27th - 28th jun 16 though my product still now i have not received. Today is 28th jun, i call customer care and asked them is your product coming from usa or london so you taking long time, neither they providing courier number or company name. All other e-commerc site like snap deal, flipkart, jabong and mynatra they placed order quick provide courier details for more convinent to customers. I want my product at any cost, i am not all happy with service. Before 4 days back i placed 3 item which i received. But the item place before new one that still now not received. Totally unsatisfied from amazon from now onwards amazon lost there trust. Was this information helpful? | |||||
