Amazon.Co.In — Product not delivered | |||
Hi Team, I purchased P Tron - USB 3.0 Extension wire costing Rs.258 from Amazon on 13 Jan 2014 bearing order no.[protected]. Till 24th Product was not delivered to me. I inquired with Amazon Customer Care and checked the first Flight courier site. The Courier site displays the statement that ''I have received my product'' on 16th Jan itself. Amazon do not have any clue as they are mentioning it is a seller product, and they dont take full responsibility of the same. I requested for POD details which I have not received till date. No one is taking responsibility of the delivery and I consider this as a breach of trust. Please look in to this. Rgds, Srikanth Was this information helpful? | |||
