Hello there, My complaint is regarding the jeans i bought from american swan. It's been more than a year that i purchased jeans for my brother to gift him from american swan which he didn't like much because of the loose fit and never wore it. On my several requests, as i had invested my money into this jeans, he started to wear those jeans a few days ago. After 3-4 use jeans torn up (Stretched) itself from the back right next to the pocket. I got shocked as i paid around rs.4500/- for this piece of junk. This is new jeans then i thought to get it alter for him so that he could get a little use of it, and the tailor even used a piece of cloth inside while stitching so that it doesn't get torn again but this bad quality stuff of this jeans got stretched again at the same place. Can't upload the picture as the file size is bigger than 2 mb. I request if there is any possibility so i could get my money back or exchange of product. Thank you!
