American Swan Lifestyle Company — store credit worth rs 2300 which hasn't been refunded | |||
I bought certain things in american swan and returned a few and the amount was credited as store credits. They said they don't refund partial return items in the bank. I purchased again and returned all items but in this case, i should have received the refund amount in the bank but they said i have used earlier store credits to pay for the order and hence they can't refund and eventually shut down. I can't contact them on phone or via email. Was this information helpful? | |||
