Ammi's Biryani — Amount paid but service not delivered

I had ordered 2 executive chicken biriyani on date 09-Aug-2015 around 12:15 pm and made it scheduled to be delivered at 3:00 pm. I have received confirmation order no. 155253 through online portal of ammis biriyani "http://www.ammisbiryani.com" and for that I had made advanced payment of Rs. 221 through net banking but the delivery boy has come at 12:45 and I said that I have ordered for 3:00 pm so come aat that time only but then he did'nt come later. When i contatced the customer care, they said that it will be delivered shortly but after 15 min I received call from the outlet official that I have not mentioned any time for delivery. I have sent them mail for refund but they are not responding for the same. Now I want my amount to be refunded asap.
