[Resolved]  Amul Dairy — Curdling of Amul Tazza Milky Milk

Dear Sir, I am a regular buyer of Amul Products viz. Amul Butter, Amul Milk, Amul Icecream etc. . On 3rd June I purchased six packs of 500ml Amul Tazza Milky Milk from Reliance Fresh, Chembur, Mumbai-400071(Opposite R.K. Studio) and within one hour on boiling all the milk curdled.Each packet had embossed code/batch no. p104/06/145x1. My observation was that all the packets were dirty with mud all over and while picking one packet gave way. Milk started oozing out from a puncture adjacent to the embossing. This give me the impression that some unscrupulous people are withdrawing some portion of milk from the packet with syringe and there after refill with dirty water and seal the puncture. If this is correct then it is a very serious issue and cause for health hazzard. I would suggest you to investigate the matter immediately. In the mean time please arrange for replacement of the above six packs of milk to me through Reliance Fresh and let me know your investigation report.With regard, S. Roy Chowdhury .
