I have a account in andhra bank.i returned a product from amazon but my account didn't show any credit.
I mailed so many times but no positive response....

My Debit card is blocked due to wrong block message i send.. I need to Unblock my card. I visit home branch, the manager told me" its not possible to Un block or apply new debit card, because of the account is SBJDY scheme account.So not possible to access atm Here after. ".
SO please give me the solution to get back new debit card or unblock card.

Iam using Andhra Bank rupay debit card . Iwant to do online transaction but it fails why....

In my current account no. [protected] in the whole month of September 2020 cash deposits on dated 04-09-20 Rs. 10000 and on dated 29-09-20 Rs. 30000 deposited only but your bank charges Rs. 59/- for cash deposits. when per month Rs. 50000 will be not charged then why it charged in my account. please reimburse the value....

My name is chandra sana and i had order (Product) of rs.1579 (Women's crepe stitched kurti...) in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
[protected]) and told me to fill charge dispute form but union bank of india doesn't have such policy....

I filled my form and tried to pay the form money via sbipay then i entered my atm number then opt was sent to my number i typed the otp then it showed session expired this happened two times then at third time it showed sucess but around 1 am one message came from the bank it said that the amount is deducted....

I have transefrred amount from andhra bank account to paytm savings account. The transaction status is under suspect but the amount was debited and the amount didn't reach the target account. I tried reaching the andhra bank but there's no response. Can you please help me?...

I got a message from amazon that my refund of (264) has credited in my upi on 18th august but my money hasn't credited in my bank account. I called andhra bank customer care many times but they said that they don't know about refund reference number (Rrf) which amazon can help me with. Its already past a month but i haven't got any positive response.

I m wishing that i will get a positive response for my query soon. Pls help...

The amount is shown to be debited, the atm made some sounds of counting but the money didn't come out of machine. We request the respective athorities to look into the issue and give us a refund asap

I ve been trying to register internet banking since a week but it is showing invalid account id (I gave the id as it is in the passbook and i got the otp to my mobile number and i entered that correctly and after that i got a password screen, in that when im trying to add password it is showing acc id invalid) but i gave the right one. Please help....

I went for withdrawal amount from atm. It showed transaction failed for two times but my amount is debited from my bank two times.5000/- is debited from my bank after transaction failed pls rectify it...

I have ordered a product from a shopping website (Amazon) and returned that product and after returning that i received a message from amazon that my amount was refunded (I. E., on 27/1/2020) and usually every time i used to get my money in my account just after they refunded but this time refund money did not reflect in my account. Hi,

Veenavanka branch Andhra Bank staff way of treating the customer is worst.
they are not at all allowing the people inside the bank and people are standing in Queue hours and hours out side of the bank .
bank people are wasting customers time and hiring stupid security. they don't even know how to speak with customers and how to behave. if they don't want to run the bank just close the bank....

Actually i have transferred money from my father's account to my account.
My father's account is andhra bank and my account is indian bank.
So i have did card to card transfer.

In andhra bank account transferred amount is debited but in my indian bank amount is not credited. But my father received a sms that, money is debited by card to card transfer.

So...
