[Resolved] Angel Broking — Account closure | |||||
A task as simple as moving shares from my account to Kotak and closing my account has taken 4 weeks and is not getting Ig addressed professionally at all. I have already done the whole process twice and still they not resolved it. Fundamental issues: No communication. No seriousness. People giving different information. Nobody picking up the task if other has resigned. I have to keep calling and going there but no proactive updates from them. I feel it was one of my biggest mistakes to establish any relationship with such a company. No work ethics at all. I have told them 100 times to change my contact details that also they have not done. For everything they give and excuse and buy more time but results never come.
