Anil Kumar — my saving account freeze with information

Dear ICICI Team,

I appreciate your excellent services. And I hope I will continue to enjoy the benefits of your services in future. But from past one week I am very disappointed one of your branch staff behavior (ICICI Bank, Cyber Green, Cyber City, DLF Phase – III, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana)

Actually the thing is that, I have taken advance Rs. – 160000/- from EPF Department for some medical emergency against my And I got the same on dated – 14th Mar 2018 in my Standard Charted bank account. After that I transferred Rs. – 200000/- in my ICICI Bank Account on dated – 6th April 2018.

After that I want to withdraw that amount for my medical emergency last week. But I am unable to withdraw the same as per statement from your ICICI branch that your account has been freeze due to PF Department request.

I called many times in your customer care they suggest me that visit the branch along with your ID proofs and the same will be resolved. After that I visit many times in your branch as mentioned above and met with the branch manager regarding the same, but he asked me that we can’t do anything please contact with your PF Department, after that I contact with my PF Department they told me that we didn’t send any such kind of request to your bank When I told the same to your branch manager today, then he is continuously saying me that we are helpless in such kind of matters.

The branch manager has some certain responsibilities and some duties towards the customer. How can a branch manager treat like this with their customer.

If your own bank staff is unable to help me, then whom will we trust and where will we go?

Need your intervene and request you to please take it on priority and do the needful asap.
