I ordered a suit set from Anokhi Threads, but I did not receive what I ordered, but another item was sent to me, that item is not on their site, I don't know where this order came from. If there is no response from your side then how will our issue be resolved and how will we return the item.Your return policy is also valid only for 7 days, 5 days have alredy passed. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I have one more question that no text message is received regarding the product, neither out of delivery nor shipping, and this message and mail also did not come till now the product has been delivered to you. i saw their site on instagram i liked the product so i purchased it but i get a different product neither its quality is good nor its color looks like a cheap suit worth rs 200..
