[Resolved]  Anushka Indane — Since 4 days we are awaiting for gas cylinder as we are in receipt of intimation of cash memo generated and delivery will get in short time.

Our Consumer no is. CX11698825. Dear Sir/Madam (s) Please look into the matter urgently as we booked gas through your IVRS system. We have received the confirmation message of the same. After some days on dt.8th Dec 2014 we are in receipt of following message from your system. "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 207006, shall be delivered shortly.You can handover your AADHAR card Xerox along with Form-2 to Delivery boy". According to that message the gas should be deliver at our place at least on today. But unfortunately and as usual Ansushka Indane, Nerul, Navi Mumbai do not deliver the same. Today I went there and ask for the same but they have answer me a very common answer "No Stock". My humble request to you to look into the matter urgently as well let instruct you dealer to recruit polite and trained staff to handle the people like me on the desk.
