The gas agency always delays in providing the delivery of the refill gas cylinder. Most of the time they take more than 1.5 months of time. Customers have to go physically and get the cylinder delivery by themselves. Still they often say that booking not yet done against the booking ID.
They are very much unprofessional on every manner.
Most of the time they don’t even bother to pick up the calls from the customers.

After some days on dt.8th Dec 2014 we are in receipt of following message from your system. Not able to book gas through IVR Booking
For last 10 days I am trying to book gas for refilling but not able to book through IVR booking - [protected]/[protected]/[protected]
Parallelly I have tried reach nerul office but could succeed.

Hi I am a resident of Nerul sector 6, my Anushka Indane domestice gas consumer no. is 18109, I had booked my refill on 1st July'14 through IVR and my delivery no. was 76, it was over a month and cylinder was not delivered, when I again called them throught IVR to check my delivery status, I was shocked to know that my booking had been cancelled
Calling these guys at Indane is an headache and waste of time, I have been trying them for half...

Gas cylinder leakage was detected and frantically made phone calls to the mechanics.Nobody took it serious.Anushka Indane Agent Pushparaj shetty's mobile number is not provided anywhere.Mechanis are not giving his number also and they are not responding.What kind of service it is?there is no value for the lives of consumers.Who will answer my complaint?How much risk involved in this?where is the safety in using this company's gas...

NON-DELIVERY OF REFILL
My gas consumer number is 3116 at Anushka Indane Gas Service Nerul. I have requested for gas cylinder on 22 Feb 10 as same is exhausted, however I am not getting any telephonic contact of Anushka Indane to find out reason for not delivering the refill.
