Aon Hewitt — company hr doesn't know procedure to make final settlement of pf

Above company was moved from aon to alight solution. No1 in vashi office is ready to give attestation in the form of pf and no1 knows the contact person.
My transfer procedure is done from myend but hr is laidback and knows nothing about pf new procedure. This is a issue faced by number of employees not just me. If this issue is not resolved asap, it will be taken to labour court for mental torture given by company.
