Hi Sir,
I am working in Aon Hewitt (Noida). I am suffering lots of Management issue in this organization.
On the basis of false escalation . My Manager try to Target me and Harass me from last 6 month.
I reached out to HR team few days ago. But because of good relationship between my Manager and HR team. They ignored my issues and taken action according to my Manger.
I am feeling helpless in this organization, feeling Mentally...

no joining letter received

i got placed at aon hewitt in january 2011, but they didnt provide me any joining letter. They promised that they will send it via mail. They discussed all the salary issues as well.BUT i have not received the letter till now.. me and my friends are very upset with the company. They have played with our career. Pls take an action regarding this.....

I worked with AON Hewitt, and due some emergency issue I have to resign, However, ion order to survive I thought of joining and other organisation in my hometown itself. I am contineously going on asking my manager to p-rovide my last working day. But she don't even cared and threw the host to HR department.
Guys, Please don't join AON Hewitt.
