Apple India — Iphone under warranty no damage but service center refused

We have received a 2nd complaint apple phone under warranty, phone have adequate protection cover. Horizontal lines appeared after charging.Phone never fell or got physical damaged.Service center first refused to give job sheet, calming printer not working, then consumer said ready to sit till evening, then printout given by writing LCD Internal crack Damaged repair will cost 13500/-.We are verifying the facts and getting opinion from expert of phones having better experience than apple staff.Apple in a similar cases in USA changed the phone, u can check in apple support site.But in India apple is adopting unfair trade practice and deficiency of service. We will prove in consumer court against Apple India.Consumer clams will pay extra if lcd crack found, as it never fell.
