[Resolved] Faber Induction Cooker Zc - 3920 — Delivered damaged product by Indiatimes online shopping | |||
I have purchased Faber Induction cooker model no-ZC3920 on 8th Nov-2012. The Order number was-[protected]. But the product i received was broken. My mistake was that i had opened the product after few days. When i called back Indiatimes customer care they said that they take complaint only within 24 hour and suggested me to call Faber customer care. When i called Faber customer care they said they can't do anything as bad product was supplied Indiatimes & they should replace it. My repeated call to them has no answer for me. Kindly help me in getting the damaged piece replaced with working piece. Was this information helpful? | |||
