I took a loan from Payme india of 500, and my repayment date was 4 may 2022, they called me 2 times to main balance in my account so that they could deduct the amount from the account, and I maintained it also but they did not didudcted the loan from my account and in the next morning they hike the loan amount to 1355rs
Is that the way to increase the interest and is this my fault that you do not deduct the loan amount?? I am not...

I have been send mail for the recovery of false recovery charges for damages. There were no damages made by me to the car not even a scratch. They are harassing me without any proof.
