[Resolved] Appsdaily — Not received my refund from the insurance company. | |||
I have purchased mobile (Samsung Galaxy On8) and purchased an insurance policy to cover the risk of mobile.after some time my mobile damaged and same was informed by me to the insurance company on 27.12.2016 and also deposited my mobile on the same day. At the time of submission of my phone, the company asked me to deposit 30% cost of present mobile value. I deposited Rs. 4470.00 with at the collecting center of the company with my bank account details. and now they are telling me that they will refund/reimburse my amount but they will deduct another 30% amount. but at the time purchasing, they told me that they will charge only 25% price of the handset. but I have already paid more than the contracted amount at the time of submitting the handset. Please interfere in the matter so that the can give me either my new mobile or refund the full amount of the mobile so that I can purchase a new mobile from the market.
