Aqua Care Insurance — no service provided for the fraud amc sold to me in name of eureka forbes

This water purifier service company is totally fraud, they sold me a amc for 3 years in name they being a subsidiary of erukaforbes. Having eurekaforbes forged id cards. I am been struggling to get their service since years. Every time i call they say they are arranging for a technician. No one turned up yet. No supervisors and managers are they to attend the concern. The customer care ppl are like illiterate bunch of #. They just desperately disconnect the call when asked to make me talk to their manages. Tried to visit the place cant find their office in the said location per google. Not sure what should i do in this case. Appreciate any leads to resolve this issue.
