[Resolved] Aquaguard — customer service not done properly and no response for the warranty service | |||
Hi, got really frustrated with the amount of calling which i have done to the aqua guard cust care and still there is no response towards it ... it seems like the sevice is been outsourced and since my product is covered under 1 yr free service they are not looking at it properly ... i have called the customer service more than 6 times and they always say only one dialogue that they ll send the service person on the same day eventually no one has turned till now ... This is not the first time ... the same has happened last time too ... worst ever cust service from your end ... they are sending some junior/ non skilled guys to chck the product which ultimately calls up for a worst service we are out of drinking water for last 5 days and since water I being called as a elixir of life there should be some serious importance to be given on the service side which i think you ultimately failed in ...
