Aquaguard & Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd — Failure to deliver service under amc

I bought aquacare insurance amc for 3 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in june 2015 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, who had visited home.Insurance card no. B1-1729;client id - 5129;name: govindraju. K ; registered phone no.[protected]; [protected]. Under the amc they were supposed to provide service every 6 months under which they are obliged to replace the filter and do maintenance works for the said purifier. However nobody has turned up so far despite one full year elapsing from the contract date. Repeated calls to their 24 hrs help line [protected] has only elicited false promises of service within next 24hrs but in reality nothing has happened. Nobody has turned up to deliver the promised service. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this.

I have taken 2 years warranty from ION no one come to service and no proper customer care service. Very very bad and worst water service
I also got cheated by ION exacense they told to replace filter of Dr Aquaguard but its local companies charged for 1200 which is worth of 400 only.
they are all cheaters . they are looting peoples in the name of AMC and service .pls be aware if you get call from these numbers like [protected].

Same thing happened to me from ION EXACENSE. They took 9k replaced some fake products and filter itself stopped working. I blasted to them and also to eureka. Asked eureka for refund. It is there responsibility to keep track of these fraud companies or it is there responsibility to call customer and take care of service or eureka itself is a fraud. If Eureka is not compensating, Then I will register police complaint on both. If anybody looking to raise complaint please support me. We will raise complaint as a group, Then they will come to know

I am also one of the victim for this fraud company, they changed my filters 15 days back, my filter is not working now. i have no idea what to do
Your Technician Diwakar, ION Exacense Pvt. Ltd. had done the servicing and replaced the cylinder on March 12, 2020. He even took an amount of Rs. 5530 towards AMC for three years. He seems to have damaged some part and from then the water filter is not working. I am trying to reach him continously, he does not pick my calls.

I have spoken to the toll free number no. of times asking them to send someone to attend to this but and neither Diwakar nor anybody else has turned up till date.

I need you to send someone to look into this and help us resolve the problem, else i will have no option but to escalate to the higher ups or go to consumer forum.
We also recently fall into their trap. We called eureka forbes official number but somehow these folks turned up and we didnt pay much attention and bought the 2 years AMC. Then for next service when we call Eureka, they said these folks are not authorized and cannot honour the services.
So i called the 1800 number published in their service contract, they keep saying we will send the technician in 24 hours but no one turns up. Finally after multiple calls, one technician called us and asked whether he can come and we said ok, then he asked whether we have AMC, we said yes, then he dropped the call and never turned up.

It looks this Aquacare (ion exacense) continue to cheat customers.

The filter they changed was duplicated and it went bad in 3 months and they never turn up to replace or do any service. I am also planning to complain in consumer court, If any body has done that already, i will happy to join and contribute.

I called Aquaguard customer care to buy AMC and after a while I got a call back saying if you enquired about AMC and all details were correct as if this company tapped my phone call which I made to Eureka Forbes. Then the technician came and he checked the Aquaguard and said these filters need to be replaced and its covered in AMC. I asked him to ahead. I asked and reconfirmed with him if he is from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard company. He said Yes. When he gave me the receipt, it was from Aqua Care Insurance. When I asked him whats this, he explained that Aquaguard operates their services with Aquacare and we are the one who provide the services.

With in a month i got a problem and i have compiled to them and they took the complaint but no one is attending. Later i got to know that Aquaguard is not doing service over Aquacare. This is the cheating done by Aquacare .

These fraudsters should be sued by Eureka Forbes or legal entity should take some strict action against this fraud company.

This is completely fooling customers.

Initially we have got a call from one of your company person saying that they are from Authorised Aquaguard, we were
told that you are providing services to Aquaguard but after doing this transaction we came to know that it's not an Aquaguard company but its some Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd, By the time when came to know that its some fraud company, we have called next day immediately and requested to cancel this transaction and refund our money back but we didn't get any proper response from your end

This is a fraud company, paid amc for three years. Nobody turns up for servicing after taking the money. I got to know they replace fake parts of the water filters. When I am asking for refund, these fellows disconnect the calls. Their numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]. Please aware with these fraud people.

After a short while an person from Eureka Forbes had called, asking if he would come for the service, we told him that it is already done, and we told him, he told us that this guys are fraud and a total of 5 candles needs to be changed, there have fitted duplicate candle,

My question is how does Aqua Care /IOn Exchange come to know there is an service request from my end

After various calls to there call centre of ION EXCHANGE, their have given there Manager Named Vinod -[protected], he promised to change the same, but not responding now

I took AMC for 3years on February 2020, as insisted by technician, which is in my Bank record, no details send by the service company nor no one turned up after repeated calls, In November 2020, one technician came wrongly fitted candle, it's startedleaking after sometime, no one responding repeated calls, so no use people don't go for AMC, they collect money and do nothing, how many people falling in this net? ION Exacense is a fraud Company and not an authenticated agency from Aqua Guard. They have given me AMC which is suppose to be expired on 12/06/2022. However they clearly denying now saying that my AMC is expired and any service hencofrth is chargeable. I am going to give a police and consumer complaint on this immediately.

And upon enquiry, those female staffs from Bangalore Office were so rude and do nto know how to respect the customer. They are now not reciving the calls nor responding

On 26th June 2021 1st I call to aqua care in jayanaga 8th block I raised the complaint my wAter filter tap is broken, they come on 1st July 2021 but they did not carry the tap I asked them why he said forgotten be bringing, he said that I will send on 3rd of July, so I called to costumer care to remind them, so Evey day I am calling to customer care they really to me I will send, but as on today the problem was not solved, I am sharing the my service request slip.
Looks like this company is still continuing to operate and selling AMC under false pretexts.Trying to contact them for Two days without success.
I am Dr. Murthy. I purchased an Ion exacense water purifier 3 years back. I am renewing my AMC every time since then. But every time I am finding very difficult to get the service done at regular interval. Some time I have argued and literally fight with them over the phone to get the work done. This time they were supposed to come and replace the candles and filter as the last service our previous contract. They have not contacted me till the end of the contract date. When asked they say no technician was available due to covid. Now the say you renew you contract to get the work done and get the filter and candles changed which they were supposed to have done before the expiry of the previous contract which means they are purposefully cheating. This is the second time they are doing. They dont have curtasy to answer the repeated phone calls I am doing. Only interested in collecting the contract money and forget the customer. Be careful about these frauds.
Customer Code 5040 - Technician visited on 16th - collected the amount and said will solve the issue by getting the replacement part (coil) the next day for the complaint we had raised - of water dripping.
Both technician and office not picking up the call from yesterday. Same response happened last time also.
Already had bad experience of AMC and decided not to renew the offer which looks good only on paper as there is no service. Please check the bill provided - if it is genuine. Website and phone number both don't exist. Kindly check and do the needful. Can provided technician and office - name and number if required.
