Complaint marked as Resolved Expected resolution is not given yet. A service engineer visited 1 month ago and serviced the RO and assured that now no problem will occur again. And if problem reoccur then they will certainly replace. Soon after the service, next week leakage again happened and I informed then and asked for replacement. But almost 1 month has happened since then but no solution.
Please help me. My family is bound to drink possibly non-filtered water due to recurrent leakage issue.
Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
