Aquaguard — Servicing not provided after several times complaints

I have brought Aquaguard water purifier ( Enhance RO+UV) around 4 months ago from Priti Aqua Solution, Angul, Odisha ( Authorized dealer). They told me 3 free services in one year warranty period. I have called customer care for servicing after four months. 1st time technician called me but he did not come for service.
