[Resolved]  Aquaguard — terrible customer service

We have purchased aquaguard genius machine two years back. From that day onwards we are facing lots of problems continuously. We have also paid for amc but in spite of that we are not getting proper service. We have registered for machine not working complaint on 25 nov 2017 but the problem is still not resolved because the company people say they don't have new filter parts which have to be replaced. Besides if we call helpline there is a recorded message which registers your complain nobody picks up the phone. It is a very bad experience with this eureka forbes.

Hi My service req number is [protected]. Its been almost a week, the problem is not resolved.
I have been calling your call center, they say it will take a 12 hrs, but its been almost a week now ther eis no response.
