[Resolved] Aquasure — not providing aquasure filter | |||
Dear sir I am here to complaint you that, I have ordered one filter for my aquasure filter. I have called to your consumer service station 2months ago. Every time madam replied me filter is not available. I have done many calls and done many requests from two months but always got same reply. Today again I called to station which is situated in jabalpurand they said they have filter but not providing me because I refused to gave them 200rs charges as service charges. As I have changed many times my filter and never charged before. I am requesting you to do necessary action and relief me because without filter water very difficult to live because our area groud water is so poluted. Was this information helpful? | |||
