Ar Shopee — Non receipt of Items ( Sony Full HD LED 40 Inch TV and Sony Home Theatre) Against my Orders No 2230 and 2238 | |
Dear Sir,
My name is V.Satyanarayana residing at Sullurupeta, Nellore Dist Andhra Pradesh.
On 3rd Of February This year, I have received a phone call from one of the executive of team AR Shopee that company is offering TVs and Home theatres and told me to transfer 25, 999/- for Sony Bravia KLV-40R482B 101.6 LED TV, which he promised to send to my registered address within Five working Days.I believed him and transferred Rs 25, 999/- Through SBI online.
After few minutes he called me again and asked me to buy Sony Home theatre for which I have transferred Rs 8, 999/- Through SBI Online.He narrated the list of gifts and promised me that I will receive them within Five working Days
The next day a lady by name Ms Soniya called me and told that 40 Inch TVs are out of stock and instead 50 Inch TV will be sent to me for which i need to pay an extra amount of Rs 6999/-.I refused to pay the amount and told her that if I receive 50 inch TV, I will transfer the remaining amount with out fail.
The next day a person by name Mr Gurpreet called me and told that I should accept a TV of any brand other than Sony, which I have refused because I want both TV and Home Theatre of same brand.After a couple of Hours he called me and told that my orders are kept in hold.
Since then I am calling them and sending them innumerable e-mails.Every week they are citing different problems.Since nearly Two Months are passed, I requested them a couple of days back, either to expedite Shipment to my registered address or refund to my bank account.but I have no got any reply so far.For the faith I reposed in the company, I am getting shabby treatment from them.
I am reproducing below my latest e-mail to AR Shopee.
Dear Sirs,
I am glad to receive due response from you that you will investigate to find out what exactly went wrong with my orders no:2230 and 2238 for which I am thankful to you. Kindly see that there is no further delay in dispatching the items to my registered address and forward me the details by e-mail.
As I informed you earlier, lot of mental agony is caused to me and I can not withstand the same any more.
I am reproducing the orders for your referrance.
