Ar Shopee — Taken payment in full and product is not sent

I have been told by phone to have special offer on sony bravia led tv 42 inch in just Rs. 26998.00 I followed as per miss Kavita call and done the transaction of Rs. 26998.00 in the month of feb.2015. Order no. is 2517, and I received confirmation e mail from customer care of ar shopee. But till date the product is not been sent and money is not giving back. They gave the numbers like,[protected], [protected], [protected]. But these numbers now does not exist. Kindly help to get my money back.
