Aramex Courier Ltd — Very bad courier brand

Dear sir, I was put an order for Htc 626 g+ on 20/10/2015 on ebay at same time i payment online for product.seller sent order on 24 by aramex courier ltd. from 27/10/2015 my packet is in kanpur office but no one is trying to deliver my packet. today i hav got a sms at my reg. mob.no.[protected] that "your order from ebay via aramex order no.[protected] is out for delivery". where ur cust care exec. told me that ur delivery area is beyond delivery area that is wrong. my shipment address is hardly 2 kms far from aramex kanpur branch. Both ebay & aramex sites comments are conflicting abt this mattter. Kandly find the attatchment for proof. Plz do the needfull.
