I had ordered products from nike . i received a text from aramex to submit documents for kyc custom clearance. i had deposited the original id proofs but the address was different from delivery address because i live at some other place for work.

i attached rent agreement where it was the same delivery address with my name.
but my kyc keeps getting rejected . i submitted documents twice.

I have submitted all original government id proofs and additional documents for changed address (rent agreement) twice but the kyc keeps getting rejected. i had ordered the products from nike official website ....

My KYC got rejected due to delivery address doesn’t match with the provided kyc. I have attached all the bank statements for verification of the shipping address as I have recently shifted to a new state due to my job but still it got rejected.

My order from nike.com is not being cleared and is stuck at Delhi for customs clearance. I have submitted the KYC documents at least 5 times, my address proof is not the same as delivery address as i live in hostel and my permanent address is different than delivery address. I have uploaded my college id and hostel payment receipt for additional proof and even then it's not being accepted. Kindly resolve this issue immediately....

Addhar card and DL has address as F24/231-232, sector-3, rohini, new delhi

Shipment address is - House No 231-232, Pocket F24, Sector-3, New Delhi

Both the address are same. Its just that writing style is different and shipment address is more explanatory.

What was the reason to reject it....

Hi so have sent multi emails aramex for my order with HAWB bill no. [protected]. But I haven't hear back in more than a week now. They have the worst customer service I have experienced. I've already sent you multiple emails for my kyc documents from [protected]@gmail.com...

At first my KYC was rejected then i got a text message regarding this issue. I uploaded my documents and now its still showing that my package is pending in identity proof. I tried to comtact customer care they are also not responding.

I have ordered shoes from Nike and Aramex is supposed to deliver my order, they asked me to attach documents to complete my KYC, I have attached the required and as I stay in a different city, I have attached my rental agreement as address proof,

Despite this my KYC verification gets cancelled all the time stating that Consignee name doesn't match with the proof

I ordered Nike shoes . Every time kyc is rejected. I my identity proof’s address is not same as the address provided but I have submitted the electricity bill of the delivery address that too of last month. Any kind of assistance is provided is not provided by the Aramex. They just sent the link and reject my assistance but they don’t say reason or contact me....

My KYC has been pending for the last 15 days because the address on my aadhar card/passport/voter id is not the same as the shipping address, I have been trying to explain to Aramex that they need to consider my driver's license where the address matches the shipping address....

I have ordered from Nike for which aramex couriers is the shipping company. I have submitted the necessary documents including my license and rent agreement along with pan card twice. But i still keep getting messages of rejected kyc stating delivery address does not match with submitted documents. I have submitted the correct documents with matching addresses still it is giving this issue. please look into this asap....

I ordered a nike shoe few days ago and the ordered is stuck in custom cleanrance due my KYC issue. My aadhar address and delivery address is not same so the KYC is being rejected. And their is no other option to do. So please help me with it ASAP.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Nike and the courier is stuck in customs and my kyc keeps rejecting as the name on the electricity bill is of my parent and currently my passport is expired, I also submitted my birth certificate as the customer care told me too but it rejected again....

Sir/mam, I ordered shoes from Nike a few days back. I didn't know about this custom clearance so I put my name for the order. I have shifted to a new city with my family so there are no kyc documents having my name and the address same as shipping address. Also, I am a minor so there are no address proof documents having my name on it. Although, I do have my domicile (government verified) which supports this address but aramex is not considering...

Multiple times i have submitted my Kyc to them . my address is 100% correct .
my identiy is correct
On my parcel the name mention is my nick name . Due to this they Are rejecting my KYC is that even fair.
we have paid huge tax and shipping for the product we order. And They r just creating fuss For no Reason and threatning people that u wont get your parcel.
