Aramex Couriers — kyc rejected

Hi,
I am submitting my kyc documents but still is not uploading error appear kyc server error but I have tried many times. But problem still.
I am calling delhi customer support no but I am unable to call him because it asking for extension no which is I don't know. Plz help me out for my kyc documents upload.

I have ordered an item from Nike, payment and everything has been done and it got shipped also and I have been asked to upload my KYC document through the mail. I have uploaded my KYC but it always gets rejected And I have been receiving messages that I have to upload my KYC to clear my order. As I have ordered using my name and pan card but I ordered it for my friend in his address and now it creates a lot of problems for a week I have been trying to contact the customer care of Amerex also but they are not helping. should I file a complaint against it on police?

I ordered shoes from Nike.com and now, Im getting messages like submit your kyc. I have done that but it got rejected and there emails say that they will not deliver the product if the kyc documents are not cleared.

I cannot upload my KYC details for Shipment No: [protected]. The problem is when I try to upload and press on the icon, it does not open. Kindly help resolve this issue.

Hey I ordered a nike shoes from nike its coming from aramex and i got mesaage from aramex that my kyc was rejected please i want my order it necessary its a gift and my kyc is original can any other option is there to contact me in delivery time can delivery guy call me for location

I have placed an order from Nike for myself. Aramex asked me to upload my kyc documents which I did. Although, my Kyc was rejected since my name is added in the rent agreement as a tenant since I was not in Mumbai to sign the rent agreement.
However, I’ve placed several other orders for my permanent address from Charles and keith, which was delivered by blue dart. My kyc was rejected since the bills were not under my name and the house is under my father’s name. I reported this to Blue dart and cleared my kyc. Unlike Aramex, they gave me a solution!

My point here is that, there would be multiple who would not have a house under their name or bills for that matter. Companies should have alternate options to cater to such customers!

In my case I am a living tenant as per the legal document too, what do you need as a proof!

I had ordered a shoe in my name but given my father's office address. My kyc is continuously getting rejected because of this problem and i have tried to reach aramex customer care but they never respond please help me

Simple aramex is useless
