Archaeological Survey Of India — No Refund for tickets not generated

Dear Team,

On 11-Nov-2023, we booked tickets for Mamallapuram using QR-CODE.
The ticket is for group of monuments for 6 people.
The amount is paid via GPAY for Rs.175 around 4.01 pm and again by 4.13 pm.

The contact person at the counter mentioned, that the amount will get refund in 3-4 days...but its more than a week now and the ticket amount is not refund.

Updated by Vedampradeep I have received 2 emails from "[protected]@gmail.com' dated 25 November 2023 from Mr. Rajat and from "[protected]@gmail.com" dated 12 December 2023.

In both mails, the sender has requested for my contact number.

Since the mail comes from a google account, I am not able to authenticate the genuineness of the sender and replied the mail with my concern.

But no reply for my mail
