On date 10 jun 2023 i had bought 5 ticket online in taj mahal premises i didn't got any ticket and Rs 225 amount deducted from my account and again when i regenerate the ticket it says payment failed on the number . its been 3 days still no amount is refunded. Jun 13, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved I was booking 5 tickets for Taj Mahal on 10 June 2023. Payment was done but ticket was not booked.
It's been 3 days but I haven't received the money back
