Arshopee — Did not received the complete order which was placed

Dear Sir/Madam I had placed 2 orders on 24/12/2014 ORDER Number as follows 1239 Designer Man Combo and confirm free gift along with the order was Mobile Phone (Asus Zenphone 6 32gb) & ORDER number 1248 Electronic Kitchen Kit and confirm free gift along with the order was Mobile Phone (HTC Desire 820Q) on 12 EMI. Even the Shoe, which they have sent, is of wrong size I have requested for 10 number and I have received the shoe of 8 number size, even that also they are not ready to replace. Executive Manisha/Anirudh has taken order. I have recording of the call where they have accepted that they have committed me the same. Now I have not received the free gift as committed (confirm free gift Mobile Phones along with the order) during their call. And the entire amount is been charged in one month instead of 12 EMI’s. I have a call recorded about their commitment that they have committed me the same. I have already inform to Cancel the Order as per their norms if they are not sending me the committed gift but now they are not responding to anything. I have sent an Email for Cancellation of both the orders as per their procedure. Even after continues follow up they are not responding can see the same in trailing mail below. Seeking help to solve my issue. Either I can get the Mobile Phones as per their commitment or else they can take their goods back and refund me my Money.
